The WaveTrader efs software and/or the WT-ES will be issued to you as a licensed product to use for your own personal use only if you accept and agree to the following conditions:

The WaveTrader and/or the WT-ES software is issued to you is an "efs" formula program for use within the confines of the eSignal Advanced Charting package, running on PC equipment using a Windows XP operating system. The program always remains the property of Bryce Gilmore & Associates Pty Ltd (the Licence provider).

You do not receive any rights to sell, transfer ownership or pass the software onto a 3rd party.

Each software issued to a licensee will have a personal identification for its own use and it will be identified by the licensee's eSignal user name. User names will only be issued to each order and cannot be changed. You agree that we can use your user name for our own security reasons. You agree that our security methods are acceptable to you. Any information we receive from you will remain confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd parties.

The program is only guaranteed to remain functional whilst the licensee maintains a fully functional account with the eSignal company for online data provided through eSignal's Advanced Charting package which supports similar efs formula programs.

Bryce Gilmore & Associates Pty Ltd makes no guarantees as to the continued supply of services provided via the eSignal Corporation.

The Licensee of the WaveTrader program agree that this product is issued to you as an educational tool for the technical study of markets and Bryce Gilmore & Associates Pty Ltd has in no way issued it to you with or as an invitation to trade and/or made any guarantees that you will be profitable if you do use it as a trading aid in the future.

All sales are final upon the delivery, in good condition, of the above and below mentioned products, all sales represent a transfer of intellectual property from the author to the purchaser. Any products damaged in transit will be replaced by Bryce Gilmore & Associates Pty Ltd.

In no event will Bryce Gilmore or his assigns be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages that may occur through the use or misuse of these products. All products are for educational purposes only.

Bryce Gilmore & Associates Pty Ltd on acceptance of these conditions guarantees in the future to maintain the functionality of products known as WaveTrader and WT-ES to be compatible with the efs formula addition functions of the eSignal data retrieval service provided for PC applications using the recommended PC operating system.
